Common questions.
Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?
No. Solo and Practice tiers have no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no annual contract. You pay a percentage of each completed booking and nothing else.
What does the platform fee cover?
Credential verification (NURSYS + malpractice + BLS), Stripe payment processing, in-app messaging, dispute resolution, HIPAA-compliant document storage, insurance mediation, and platform support. Everything you'd normally build in-house or pay an agency to handle.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no subscription. If you don't post shifts, you don't pay. Existing bookings settle on their normal schedule when you leave.
What's the Founding Clinic rate?
Founding Clinics who join during the prelaunch window pay 9% per booking, locked in for life. When public launch happens, standard Practice tier pricing rises to 14%. Founding Clinics keep their 9% rate permanently.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is volume-based, negotiated per contract. Typically starts around 6-7% for franchise groups with 25+ locations, with SLAs and dedicated success. Book a call to discuss.
