01 · IDENTITY

Government ID match

Government-issued photo ID uploaded and cross-referenced with the clinician's legal name on file. Biometric selfie check for account holders.

02 · LICENSE

NURSYS lookup

Real-time API call to NURSYS confirms active RN/LPN/APRN status, discipline history, and expiration date. Non-NURSYS states verified via direct state board APIs.

03 · INSURANCE

Malpractice OCR

Malpractice certificate uploaded, OCR-extracted, and validated against issuer, expiration date, and minimum limits ($1M / $3M).

04 · CERTS

BLS & specialty certs

Direct integration with AHA and Red Cross portals to confirm BLS/ACLS. Specialty certifications (IV, aesthetic injector, DEA) verified against issuer.

All personal health information handled in a HIPAA-compliant environment. Credentials stored with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.

PCI DSS

Payments processed by Stripe Connect (PCI Level 1 certified). VerifiedRN never sees or stores raw card data.
